About Account Deletion

  • Permanently removes your Xicar account
  • Cancels active rides and subscriptions
  • Cannot be undone once processed
  • Available to all Xicar users

How to Request Deletion

  • Open the Xicar app and sign in
  • Go to Profile → Settings → Account
  • Tap 'Delete Account' and confirm
  • Or email us at the address below

Request by Email

  • Send a request from your account email
  • Subject: 'Delete My Xicar Account'
  • Include your full name and phone number
  • We verify your identity before processing

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Profile and contact information
  • Saved payment methods
  • Trip history and preferences
  • Ratings, reviews, and messages

Data We May Retain

  • Transaction records required by law
  • Tax and financial documents
  • Information needed for safety claims
  • Anonymized analytics data

Processing Time

  • Deletion is processed within 30 days
  • Confirmation email once complete
  • Backups purged within 90 days
